I have bought several of these over the years for myself and family members and friends. Helps stretching out and when you have areas that need extra deep muscle pain reliefI had this only for a couple of days and my knots in my shoulders, legs and arms feel so much better. You can use it when you are watching TV. I work in front of a computer everyday for 8 hours and it's the same process over and over again and my body has become very tense in my shoulder. It's very therapeutic and relieves the most stubborn of knots. The original one got so much use, it snapped in half. I bought this one from amazon, but the rollers seem to get stuck, and the inner plastic flakes off and makes a mess.
