Great massage ball. Has some give but still firm, best oart is the surface texture prevents it from sliding around when you're up against a smooth wall. Helps to loosen up the shoulders and the spine as well as the pectoral. Best ball available. I've tried just about every type advertised for self massage balls ans this one feels the best. Slightly larger than a tennis ball. Perfect.
