Came on time and wife has lots of foot pain when walking or standing for her work. This has helped tremendously to keep her to recuperate after work.Everything worked except the shower function. Bought this for my fiancée for Valentines day, so I kept it packed in the shipping box until the day of (big mistake). I wanted everything to be perfect for her upon her arrival from work. V-day balloons. Rose pedals on the bed w/ Hershey's kisses.... Wine and glasses set up with strawberries and whipped cream on a candle lit table. Bubble bath ready. Then I filled the foot spa up to have that ready for her to soak her feet while I cook cheesy spinach stuff chicken breasts with roasted veggies. She comes in the house and is absolutely amazed....AND excited to see her new foot spa! I tell her, "Enjoy a nice hot bath, and then soak your feet while I cook dinner." Of course she wants to play with her new spa before she gets in the bath....and while I'm in the kitchen cooking, I hear her call out, "How do you turn on the shower?" I'm like, "Huh? The shower? I ran you a bubble bath!" She yells, "No. The shower to the foot spa!" I go into the room and, yup, the light for the shower function light was ON, but no shower water. Oof. Pretty big let-down of a great night. :-(But....If you're wondering....the night still turned out successful. No thanks to the foot spa. Returning.Edit:So, I do have to edit this review to let you guys know that they did give me a FULL REFUND, AND let me keep the foot spa that didn't properly work! Their customer service was exquisite!!! They showed full concern and made sure I was happy! 4 stars for the customer service!Just as ordered and expected. It's a great product. Our whole family uses it several times a week, and it accommodates up to our tallest family member with a size 15 shoe. You can use the massage and shower function at the same time. The red light is to disinfect, but we’ve had it on and off and haven’t noticed a difference. You absolutely have to drain it and clean it after use. The drain spout is great and makes emptying most of it easy. You do need to take the white rollers out and flip it over to get all the water out. Some considerations, not enough to qualify as a con: it’s heavy when full of water, you’ll need to be able to lift it or roll it to a place you can drain it (it’s light when it’s empty and someone with arthritis could carry it by it’s handle on their arm); the massager function squeaks a bit, so it’s not a totally silent experience (if you turn this off and just have shower function on, it’s very spa like to hear the flowing water), the temp controls are good, but sometimes heat past the set point (requiring waiting for it to cool or adding cool water). It heats up quickly and the massage is effective. Really like the ability to remove the foot rollers to get them cleaned up. The rollers are bit of a challenge to install, but they'll never come back out once installed. I'd recommend this product to others.
